Construction Equipment Guide

RDO Equipment Company will hold its fourth online auction at www.rdoauctions.com. This 10-day event will run from 8 a.m. September 15 to 5 p.m. September 25. The sale will feature construction, agricultural, and material handling equipment.

Modeled after other online auctions, the site was built for RDO by an Internet company. Items are displayed with photos, descriptions including engine hours and the machine’s features, minimum bids and/or the current bid for each piece of equipment.

“The minimum bid is a number we feel is low enough to stir up activity for bidders,” explained. Jeff Hallen, wholesale marketing coordinator at RDO corporate headquarters in Fargo, ND. Hallen went on to say that the auction has exceeded initial expectations.

Customers will be able to access their bid status 24 hours a day, with the ability to bid on multiple products. Questions can be directed to Jeff Hallen at 701/526-9186 or [email protected]. Financing through John Deere Credit is available to qualified buyers.

RDO Equipment Co. specializes in the distribution, sale, service, rental and finance of equipment and trucks to the agricultural, construction, manufacturing, transportation and warehousing industries, as well as to public service entities, government agencies and utilities.
