Caterpillar's first-ever on-highway truck is now available through north and central Florida's Caterpillar dealer Ring Power Corp.
Designed with the truck operator in mind, the cab construction of the Cat CT660 vocational truck is the result of customer input and years of Caterpillar research. The customizable chassis provides more than 20 different vocational configurations including dump, refuse, hauler and mixer body types to suit the wide variety of Ring Power customers' job applications.
Customers can expect the same product support they receive for their other Cat equipment. Already a bumper-to-bumper parts and service provider for all makes and models of trucks, Ring Power is equipped to service this new product built entirely with Cat parts, according to the company.
"This allows us to serve more of our customers' daily needs," said Ring Power On-Highway Sales and Product Support Manager Scott Miller. "When tires begin to wear, we can do full vehicle tire alignments. When diesel particulate filters need to be cleaned, we have that capability too. There will be nothing on these trucks that we can't service."
There are 13 full-service truck centers locations throughout Florida.
