Riwal Enters into Global Partnership with SmartEquip

Global specialist rental company Riwal announced that it has entered into agreement with technology provider SmartEquip to support its parts and service operations worldwide. Operating across 57 locations in 16 countries, including across Europe, the Middle East, and India, Riwal will utilize SmartEquip's Enterprise application to automate and streamline orders for spare parts and materials.

The SmartEquip implementation is slated to go live in Spain first and is expected to roll out across the entire company globally within 18 months.

Søren Rosenkrands, Riwal's COO comments: “SmartEquip's online parts ordering system will allow us to increase efficiency by reducing costs associated with internal service, parts inventory, and back-office. In addition we will be able to improve our service even further as SmartEquip will enable us to increase fleet availability and uptime for our customers.”
