Roland Machinery Names New General Manager, Wis. Division

Larry Gindville is Roland Machinery Co.’s new general manager of the Wisconsin division. Gindville, who will be based out of the DePere, Wis., office, will be responsible for sales, rentals, parts and service of all the manufacturers represented in Wisconsin.

Assisting Gindville in parts and service will be Brad Bosar, as general manager of parts and service Wisconsin Division. Jerry Eastburn, Roland Machinery Co. vice president of product support, will be assisting Gindville in the overseeing of product support. Also assisting Gindville with sales will be Roland Machinery Co. Sales Managers Matt Hanson and Tim Ryan.

Gindville brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Roland Machinery Co. Most recently he served as the vice president of sales for a major Midwestern dealer. He also served as vice president of service in his tenure with the distributor. Prior to working in distribution Gindville spent 20 years as corp fleet manager of 3,000 pieces of equipment for a national account in the waste industry. He understands the demands customers place on distribution and is excited in assisting Roland Machinery Co. in aligning its services to meet these demands.

Roland Machinery Co., who has been in business for more than 50 years, acknowledged the help of James Jesuit, general manager of the company’s Chicago division, for filling in as general manager of southern Wisconsin while the position was vacant. Jesuit and Gindville will be working together to ensure customers and staff are comfortable during the transition.
