Schlouch earthwork crews begin removing rock from the 35-acre site Brodhead Distribution Center, located in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, Pa. Schlouch installs a 155 by 24 by 4 ft. box culvert on Werley Road, Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pa. The project was coordinated by Schlouch Incorporated, Sal Lapio Homes, Kay Builders and Metropolitan Development Group. Each of the 24 pre-fabricated sections weighs approximately 77,000 lbs. Berks County

Wohlsen Construction Company has selected Schlouch Incorporated to provide site preparation for the Hampton Inn and Suites - Maxatawny Township project. The three-acre site is located on Kutztown Road, Maxatawny Township, Berks County, Pa. The owner of the property is Ursus Aureus Inc. Schlouch will provide clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary & storm sewers, water line installation, roads, curbs, paving, retaining walls, liner construction and underground stormwater detention system. Work will be completed in spring 2019.

IMC Construction Company has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the site for the Vanity Fair Redevelopment project. The 16.6-acre commercial site is located on Hill Avenue, Wyomissing Borough, Berks County, Pa. Developers for the project are Equus Partners and BPG Development Company. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, curbs, paving and seeding. Contracted work also will include retaining walls, liner construction and rain gardens. Work will be completed in spring 2019.

PPC Excursions, Inc. has named Schlouch Incorporated to design and build an airport hangar on a 6-acre site in Bernville Township, Berks County, Pa. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving, and seeding. Work will be completed in spring 2019.

Cumberland County

Pipe and grading crews make progress at the 125-acre site for the Penn Commerce Center — Lot 1 project, located in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pa.

Penntex Construction Company Inc. has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a 125-acre site for the Penn Commerce Center – Lot 1 project. The site will consist of an 807,482 sq. ft. warehouse located on Centerville Road in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding. Work will also include retaining walls, liner construction and underground storm-water detention and infiltration systems. Work will be completed in fall 2019.

Lebanon County

McMichael Builders LLC has named Schlouch Incorporated to handle sitework improvements for a 10,000 sq. ft. retail building at the Springwood Lot 5 site. The project is located in North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pa. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, sediment/erosion control, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pads, concrete, curbs, and paving. Work will be completed in spring 2019.

Lehigh County

L2i Construction LLC has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to prepare two apartment units consisting of 22 units each. The owner/developer is Lehigh Sterling LLC. The 10-acre site is located in the City of Bethlehem, Lehigh County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Parking lots also will be provided for the units. Work will be completed in fall 2019.

Upper Macungie Group and Laurel Fields LLC have named Schlouch Incorporated to install a 155 by 24 by 4 ft. box culvert on Werley Road, Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding. Work was completed in fall 2018.

Upper Macungie Township has selected Schlouch Incorporated to mill and overlay the Nestle Way intersection located at Nestle Way and Schantz Road in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pa. Schlouch provided milling and paving. Work was completed in fall 2018.

Werley Road LLC has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to provide site preparation for the 67 Werley Road development, a residential community consisting of 110 apartments on 12.67 acres. The project is being developed by Metropolitan Development Group and is located on Werley Road, Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pa. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, demolition, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in winter 2019.

Montgomery County

Rouse Chamberlin Ltd has named Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the 12-acre site for Ridgewood Phase 2A, a residential community consisting of 68 townhomes. The project is located at East Linfield Trappe Road and Jacobs Drive in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in spring 2019.

Mikelen LLC has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the site for The Stafy Tract, a residential community of 6 single-family homes on 3.17 acres. The project is being developed by DelGrippo Builders and is located on Smith Road, Gilbertsville, Douglass Township, Montgomery County, Pa. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding. Work was completed in fall 2018.

Northampton County

Hanover Township has chosen Schlouch Incorporated to handle its 2018 paving project. Schlouch provided milling and paving for various sections of public roadway located throughout Northampton County, Pa. Work was completed in fall 2018.

Stakeout, earthwork and pipework continues at the residential community, Tatamy Borough, Northampton County, Pa.

enntex Construction Company Inc. has named Schlouch Incorporated to prepare a 35-acre site for a 513,520 sq. ft. warehouse. The Brodhead Distribution Center project is located on Brodhead Road in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, Pa. IPT Brodhead DC LLC is the developer of the project. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in summer 2019.

Tatamy Farms LLC has selected Schlouch Incorporated to prepare the 15-acre site for Tatamy Farms 2 Phase 1, a residential community consisting of 23 single-family homes. The project is located in Tatamy Borough, Northampton County, Pa. Tuskes Homes is the developer of the project. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, sediment/erosion control, earthwork, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in spring 2019.
