Projects completed this year include major residential, industrial, commercial and public projects in the southeastern Pennsylvania area.

Berks County

Schlouch Incorporated was named by Lower Alsace Township to handle its 2022 Street Improvements project located in Reading, Berks County, Pa. Schlouch provided crack sealing, oil and chip treatments, milling, paving and line painting at various locations in the township. Work was completed in summer 2022.

Chester County

Schlouch Incorporated was named by Elverson Borough to handle its Park Avenue Rehabilitation project located in Chester County, Pa. Schlouch provided milling, paving and line painting. Work was complet- ed in fall 2022.

Lehigh County

Schlouch Incorporated has been named by D.R. Horton to provide site preparation for the 27.93-acre Parkland Crossing project. The residential project will feature 144 townhouse units. The site is located at the intersection of Hamilton Boulevard and Weilers Road in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pa. Schlouch is providing survey, stakeout, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary, storm and water main installation, retaining walls, curbs and paving. Work will be completed in summer 2023.

Monroe County

Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Blue Rock Construction Inc. to perform sitework preparation on the 86.0-acre site for the Mount Pocono Crossings project. The site, consisting of a 1,195,880 sq. ft. warehouse distribution facility and roadway, is located in Mount Pocono Borough, Monroe County, Pa. The owner/developer is CP Mt. Pocono LLC. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, curbs, paving and seeding. Work will be completed in spring 2024.

Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Kadean Construction Company Inc. to perform sitework on the 41.91-acre site for the Pocono Mountains Corporate Center — South project. The site, consisting of a 400,410 sq. ft. warehouse building, is located at the southwestern corner of Sterling Road and Green Road in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pa. The developer is US Capital Development LLC. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment and erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, retaining walls, curbs, paving, landscaping and seeding. Work will be completed in summer 2023.

Northampton County

Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Lower Nazareth Township to prepare the site for installation of pickleball courts at Newburg Community Park. The project is located on Newburg Road in Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County, Pa. Work will be completed in spring 2023.
