Superior Introduces New Truck With Discharge Conveyor for Larger Feed Heights

Superior Industries has a new addition to its line of RazerTail truck unloaders. The new model is equipped with a 48-ft. (14.6 m) folding discharge conveyor.

This development in design gives users the flexibility to hit higher feed points, eliminating the need for transfer conveyors between the truck unloader and larger radial stacking conveyors like Superior’s TeleStacker conveyor. Discharge heights hydraulically adjust between 8 to 12 ft. (2.4 to 3.6 m) on the 48 in. (122 cm) belt model.

Superior’s complete line of RazerTail truck unloaders are designed to move material from belly or end dump trucks in minutes, reducing contamination from traditional transfer methods, according to the manufacturer.

An electrical control panel with main breakers and starters features push-button operation of the hoppers, control pump and drive motors.
