Takeuchi-US has announced Parman Tractor & Equipment as a new dealer. Located in Nashville, Tenn., Parman will provide sales, service, parts and rental to customers throughout Tennessee.

In April, Parman Holdings Corp. acquired Cumberland Tractor & Equipment. Before this transaction, Parman had exclusively been a petroleum products distribution company. For this endeavor, plans are to retain the entire sales, service and parts departments from Cumberland Tractor & Equipment to leverage the years of experience and knowledge from the current employees. In addition, a new facility, which will be 20,000 sq. ft. and have 14 bays, is in the initial stages of construction. Completion is scheduled for later this year.

"We are well positioned to make this transition a success. Our customers depend on our ability to provide the highest standard of service and reliability, and we pride ourselves on our ‘Totally Outrageous Customer Service'," said Colin Hockenberger, general manager at Parman Tractor & Equipment. "Takeuchi is well-known for their strong product offering and customer service as well. We look forward to a great partnership."

The new dealer will carry the full lineup of Takeuchi products, including excavators, skid steer loaders, track loaders and wheel loaders, in addition to stocking parts and performing equipment repair.

"Parman has a great track record for growth throughout their company history and put a lot of value on service, which is so important to Takeuchi," said Kim Robinson, director of dealer development at Takeuchi. "We are excited to see their new state-of-the-art facility when completed and know our machines will do well in their product offering."
