Terex Advance and Terex Services jointly announced a cooperative agreement to enhance customer service to concrete producers and mixer truck owners across the United States. This agreement will augment the services and repairs of Terex Advance customer's equipment by providing on-site support and parts at Terex Services facilities. With intentions to expand this support across the United States, the agreement will initially commence with facilities located in Whitehouse, Tenn., and Charlotte, N.C.

Mark Aubry, director of customer engagement of Terex Advance said “We are excited to announce this new agreement with Terex Services.  It is a key milestone in a campaign to open a cross country service and parts network for Terex Advance Mixer trucks and the customers we serve.  As our products continue to become more technologically advanced and sophisticated our customers require increasing product and geographic support — both through field service and traditional 'brick and mortar' outlets. All service technicians will be factory trained to work on Terex Advance Mixer trucks and each location will have access to common replacement service parts in order to facilitate faster uptimes for customer vehicles. Terex has listened and is delivering an integrated solution to our customers.”

Richard Gunderman, director of operations of Terex Services said, “We are pleased that we are able to support Terex Advance customers with our expanded field service team and brick and mortar facilities. We believe this will provide owners significant advantages including the expanded coverage, stocking of original equipment manufacturer parts, and highly trained service technicians who provide an extensive range of products and services. By increasing our level of service and support we can help ensure your equipment stays working when you need it.”

While the agreement will be implemented over the coming year to cover the entire United States, the cooperation will initially focus in the southeast at Terex Services facilities in Whitehouse, Tenn., and Charlotte, N.C., to service these growing front discharge mixer markets.
