The Terex Finlay I-1312 impact crusher plant features high throughput and large reduction ratio, plus rapid setup. The multiple-speed impactor is designed for primary and secondary crushing of concrete/asphalt rubble and limestone.
The I-1312 uses a high performance Cedarapids 5048LP impact crusher with a large discharge opening and standard 3-bar or optional 4-bar configuration. Other standard features include hydrostatic drive and advanced electronic control system, hydraulically assisted apron setting, grizzly feeder with integral pre-screen, selectable discharge to bypass or main conveyor, and dust suppression on main conveyor.
The hopper capacity is 11.7 cu. yd. (8.95 cu m) and has hydraulically folding sides, 0.625-in. (1.59 cm) hardox side walls, tapered grizzly apertures, integral 5- by 4-ft. (1.5 by 1.2 m) screen, heavy-duty counter rotating shafts and oiled bearings.
The advanced CANBUS compliant control system features a large display screen.
Five simple operating modes (track, manual, automatic, configuration and language) use the menu-driven graphic user interface and a detachable doglead control is used for tracking or optional full-function radio remote.
Other options include bypass conveyor, overband magnet, belt weigher, extra dust cover for discharge conveyor, hydraulic water pump, re-circulation conveyor, tracked or wheeled undercarriage, Cat C13 (Tier III) engine.
