The Screen Machine Unveils Spyder 516T Screening Plant

The Screen Machine has introduced the new Spyder 516T tracked, portable screening plant.

The Spyder 516T includes features such as a Caterpillar 312 undercarriage, 11-cu.-yd. hopper that can be loaded from three sides, heavy-duty Grade 80 steel construction, double-deck two bearing screen, large unibody structure deep frame design and Smooth Start technology.

The Spyder 516T’s screen box features a 5 by 16 ft. double-decked two bearing screen that reaches capacity of up to 600 tons per hour, subject to material specifications.

The U.S. Grade 80 steel screen box boasts wear resistant plate for extra long life.

The hydraulically adjustable screen angle adjusts from 8 to 20 degrees to match the screen angle to material for efficient screening of all types of products.

The 5 by 16 ft. top deck accepts wire cloth, punch plate or finger screens and the bottom deck accepts wire cloth, harp style or finger screens.

The Spyder 516T is a tracked, portable screening plant capable of screening four different sizes of material (with optional grizzly) simultaneously with the ease of wireless remote control movement and operation.

The Spyder 516T screens concrete, aggregates, soil and asphalt and pairs up with Screen Machine’s 4043T impact crusher for increased productivity.

The Spyder 516T is manufactured with components such as Caterpillar engines and undercarriages, Precision pulleys, Martin sprockets, Dodge feeder bearings, Prince and Parker valves, Oilair coolers, Fairfield reducers and Browning bearings and couplings.
