Victor L. Phillips, founder of The Victor L. Phillips Company, launched the dealership in 1911 marketing a horse-drawn concrete cart and an asphalt kettle of his own design. With a focus on honest dealings, outstanding service and an eye for identifying and introducing top quality equipment lines within the market area, the dealership has continued to thrive and grow for more than 100 years.

Headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., the dealership serves the construction and commercial utility markets with equipment sales, rentals and service from eight locations in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Bill Schoenfelder, The Victor L. Phillips Company president said, “As contractors become more involved with recycling materials from the job site, we felt the IROCK line of mobile crushing plants and track screening plants represents an excellent opportunity for greater depth in the equipment based solutions we have to offer our valued customers. The IROCK line will also be a great addition by opening new opportunities to further develop business in the aggregates market.”

According to GD Wisner, aggregate equipment specialist of The Victor L. Phillips Company, IROCK's equipment is designed to stand up to the demanding conditions in which they'll operate without an undue amount of complexity or reliance on computers and electronics. The result is sturdy, dependable machines that are simple to operate and easy to maintain.

With 15-plus years of experience in the mining and aggregate industry, Wisner has worked with some of the top producers in Missouri. He enjoys working with the IROCK team due to their unwavering support and constant communication.

Schoenfelder said that because the line was a new venture for them, manufacturer support and training were extremely important, and said that IROCK's team of sales and service personnel were extremely knowledgeable and eager to work with them to bring them up to speed quickly.

In addition, IROCK's parts manager coordinated with The Victor L. Phillips Company's parts department to ensure the dealership is fully stocked with needed service and wear parts.

The Victor L. Phillips Company will represent IROCK in all of its Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas locations. In addition to IROCK, the dealership is an authorized dealer of Atlas Copco, Case Construction, Dynapac, Hyundai, Interstate, Kinshofer, Okada America, Paladin, Takeuchi, Virnig, Sennebogen, Superior, FAE and PrimeTech, Tiger and Towmaster.
