Haulotte Group|BilJax recently awarded its first Platinum Customer Award to ThyssenKrupp Safway.

“Safway has been a key customer for BilJax in the industrial scaffold market for more than 13 years. It is terrific and fitting that they would be awarded as our first platinum customer,” said Jeff Ott, U.S. zone manager of Haulotte Group|BilJax.

Ott and Alexandre Saubot, president and COO of Haulotte Group, presented Marc Wilson, president and CEO of ThyssenKrupp Safway, with the Platinum Customer Award.

As a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp AG, ThyssenKrupp Safway is headquartered in Waukesha, Wis., and is one of the largest scaffolding service companies in the world. Serving several major markets, including commercial, petrochemical, power, bridge and special events; ThyssenKrupp Safway has grown to more than 85 company-owned branch locations aided by 4,000 employees throughout North America

The Platinum award is part of a new program to recognize and thereby better serve elite customers.

“There are currently four levels being developed, and each will come with certain perks and privileges,” Ott said. “The goal is to make certain that our key customers are getting the level of service and support needed while also being highly responsive to their strategic goals as applicable.”
