Trail-EZE has redesigned the TE701 35-ton (31.7 t) sliding axle tilt trailer with a load capacity of 70,000 lbs. (31,751 kg) distributed and 40,000 lbs. (18,144 kg) concentrated in 10 ft. (3 m).
The overall length is between 44 to 53 ft. (13 to 16 m) and the trailer has a width of 8 ft. 6 in. (2.6 m). The upper deck length is 112 in. (285 cm) with the main deck length being 32 ft. to 41 ft. 9 in. (9.7 to 12.7 m) and the approach ramp is 0.37 in. (0.95 cm) steel knife edge.
There is straight loading to the upper deck with wheels remaining on the ground and two separate cylinders offer a 7-degree load angle on the 48-ft. (14.6 m) model for loading ease. It has a 12,000-lb. (5,443 kg) capacity winch, eight 235/75R x 17.5 radial tires, 12.25 by 7.5 in. (31 by 19 cm) air brakes and ABS (2S/1M) system.
Stakepockets are on 4-ft. (1.2 m) centers with four “gotcha’s” across the rear. A limited 5 Year pro-rated major structural warranty is included.
Options available include increasing the length and width, wireless remote control for winch, 20,000-lb. (9,072 kg) winch, apitong decking and heavy duty track package.
