Wacker Neuson

Wacker Neuson's extensive line of battery-powered, zero-emission compaction and concrete consolidation products are powered by the Battery One modular system.

Battery One is a single ecosystem for battery products that is flexible, easy to use and is on its way to becoming the most widely used battery solution on the market for professional construction equipment, the manufacturer said.

Wacker Neuson currently offers two vibratory rammers, five single-direction plates, a reversible plate and a concrete backpack vibrator that all run on the Battery One system. The lithium-ion Battery One Battery or "BOB" is available as BOB10 with 1,008 watt hours of output and BOB14 with 1,425 watt hours of output.

The maintenance-free batteries use an easy push-button start and provide constant power output over the entire discharge phase, ensuring a consistently high level of performance.

Two Battery One Chargers or "BOC" are available. The BOC7 is a 48 Volt 7 Amp standard charger and the BOC13 is a 48 Volt 13 Amp fast charger. The BOC7 will charge the BOB10 in about 2.5 hours and the BOC13 will reduce the charge time to about 80 minutes.

All batteries come in a convenient transport BOX and the BOX13 comes with a 48 Volt 13 Amp charger to make sure your battery is ready to go when you hit the job site.

Wacker Neuson's zero emission products are an ideal solution for indoor applications and job sites with strict emission regulations. As a technological leader in the rammer industry and the first to offer zero-emission rammers, Wacker Neuson was able to take the best performance characteristics of the rammer and adapt them to the AS battery-powered rammer series, allowing users to experience the same compaction results as the company's engine powered units, the manufacturer said.

The large selection of battery plate compactors is available in various plate widths and centrifugal forces. All models offer an optimized plate design for enhanced handling and smooth finishes. Like the rammers, the plates offer a solution for contractors and rental centers looking for a cordless, emission-free plate compactor for a variety of soil and asphalt applications.

New to the eco-friendly plate line in 2023, is the APU3053e, the industry's first battery-powered reversible plate.

The battery-powered ACBe portable backpack concrete vibration system is ideal for the consolidation of concrete with or without reinforcing steel. The zero-emission system provides the job site with no fumes and very low noise which occurs with gasoline powered backpacksWacker Neuson has dominated the soil and asphalt compaction and concrete consolidation markets in North America for over 65 years. With the innovative zero-emission products powered by Battery One, contractors can work indoors and outdoors while meeting stricter environmental guidelines.
