Walter Berry Elected Chairman of The AED Foundation

Volunteers direct The AED Foundation as it works to enhance the image of the industry, initiate programs to help dealers recruit technicians and support member dealers with industry specific continuing education.

Walter Berry has been confirmed as The AED Foundation 2010 chairman. Berry is the president of Berry Companies Inc., parent company to Conley Lott Nichols, White Star Machinery, KC Bobcat, Bobcat of the Rockies, Bobcat of Houston, SB Manufacturing, Berry Material Handling and Berry Tractor and Equipment. Berry Companies is based in Wichita, Kan., and has 23 locations in five states.

Berry has a long history of service to AED and The AED Foundation. He was on the AED board of directors from 1999 to 2006, serving as AED chairman in 2006. He served on the foundation board in 1997, 1998 and 2006 to present.
