West Side Tractor Sales, the John Deere construction and forestry equipment dealer in Illinois and Indiana, recently announced its latest promotions and additions to the West Side team.
Meghan Hargrave joined the West Side team as an Illinois sales manager in January 2019. Leading a team of sales representatives throughout the state, she will manage sales operations for John Deere construction products. Hargrave previously worked for John Deere Construction & Forestry and had roles in sales support, product marketing and John Deere WorkSight, and for the past 2 ½ years, she worked as a territory sales manager for construction dealers throughout the upper Midwest. Prior to that, she worked in sales at Clear Channel Radio in Davenport, Iowa.
James Stone came aboard as a manager for West Side's positioning division in February 2019. Stone oversees GPS machine control sales, support and technical needs for this growing area of the business. Prior to joining West Side, he worked for Leica in machine control for five years. Before that, he sold technology products into landfills and worked for a company that wrote software and built GPS systems.
Mike O'Keefe has joined West Side as a sales representative for Lake, Newton and Jasper counties. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, having spent time in rental, service and management roles. O'Keefe represents a wide range of equipment lines including John Deere, Hitachi, Bomag, Dynapac, Sullair, Talbert, Felling, Interstate, NPK, Paladin, Epiroc, Indeco and machine control products.
Andy Sichting came aboard in February 2019 as a West Side sales representative covering the southeast Indianapolis territory including Hancock, Shelby, Johnson, Rush, Fayette, Union, Decatur and Johnson counties, as well some of Marion County. Prior to joining West Side, he worked in sales and rental in the construction and agricultural markets.
