In the United States, 1 in 6 people struggle with hunger. West Side Tractor Sales, the authorized John Deere construction and forestry dealer for Illinois and Indiana, is running a company-wide food drive. From Monday, December 8 - Friday, December 12, anyone can drop non-perishable food items at their local West Side store. All items will be donated to Feeding America’s local food bank partner in the community.

Most needed items include: canned meats, fruits, vegetables, beans and soups. Other items that are helpful include peanut butter and jelly, boxed and microwavable meals (Mac & Cheese), pasta , cereal, dry beans, rice, pancake and cake mixes, baby food / formula, and juices.
