Witzco Challenger Trailers's SA 35 hydraulic sliding axle trailer features a 35 ton (31.7 t) capacity, 48 ft. (14.6 m) length, 36 in. (91 cm) deck height and a tandem axle. This trailer is perfect for the towing, recovery and rental market as well as low-clearance construction and agricultural equipment, according to the manufacturer.

Engineered for a one-man operation, the low 6.5 degree approach angle and 20,000 lb. neck-mounted winch makes dragging even damaged or disabled equipment onto the deck routine.

“Our distributors told us that there was a need for a heavy haul sliding axle trailer that was affordable and dependable, just as the rest of our trailers. Without hesitation we decided to meet the challenge and begin creating this new model,” said President Josh Weinstein.

The Witzco Challenger Trailer line consists of lowboys, rigid necks, drop decks, flat beds, pavers, rolling tailboards and tags, as well as custom high capacity trailers. Popular options include front flip ramps, rear bucket well, beaver tail with hydraulic ramps, gooseneck fenders, flip axle, air ride, lift axle and many more.

Witzco Challenger Trailers is family owned and has been in business for 80 years. All Witzco trailers are manufactured in Sarasota, Fla.
