For the fifth consecutive year MB Crusher will be demonstrating its Crusher and Screener attachments in Las Vegas, NV. MB Crusher is no stranger to drawing crowds for its live demonstrations. World of Concrete 2019 will be no different.
MB manufactures a line of jaw crushing, and trommel screening attachments for skid loaders, loaders, backhoes and excavators, as well as dual head rotary drum cutters and 360-degree rotation grapples.
MB crusher buckets crush down railway sleepers, hollow core walls, reinforced and non-reinforced concrete, natural stone and asphalt into reusable aggregate materials for base or fill. The company's screening buckets sift through mixed material and clean superficial dust from natural stones.
These attachments have already changed the industry by giving contractors a versatile tool to manage on-site processing and to navigate through narrow spaces, where for some contractors, the work is challenging and requires several calculated navigation techniques that only skilled operators could manage. Thus, MB attachments allow contractors the flexibility to work in urban and underground areas, as well as on steep slopes, pipelines and roads. Contractors and businesses will reduce the time spent on the job and save transportation and buyback costs. When contractors can crush and screen on-site, they produce reusable material, optimize productivity and eliminate the need to transport material to a third-party processing facility.
At World of Concrete, MB Crusher will also be crushing concrete at a 6-in minus with its MB-L120 crusher bucket . The MB-L120 is designed for skid loaders, loaders and backhoes. It has an adjustable output with a 29 in. W by 10 in. H mouth opening and has a load capacity of 0.40 cu. yd. Also, on demonstration the BF-80.3 crusher bucket, built for excavators. Its high level of efficiency and productivity have a load capacity of 0.91 cu. yds., and a production rate from 13 cy/h to 44 cy/h, depending on the adjustment setting. Lastly, the MB-S14 screening bucket, with its load capacity of 1.60 cy, will make for quick and efficient screening of materials.
MB America, Inc. is located in Reno, Nev. and is the American branch of MB Crusher S.p.A. established in 2001 in Italy. MB Crusher and its line of attachments have re-imagined what the on-site workplace looks like. They have antiquated the multiple machine and transportation method and invigorated the means of on-site production. MB stands by the mantra, "Reduce-Reuse-Recycle."
