Yancey Bros. Co., recently opened a new facility in Kennesaw, Ga., focused on providing parts, service, sales and rental for building construction products customers.

Located at 2689 Barrett Lakes Blvd., at the corner of Barrett Lakes Boulevard and Duncan Road near Kennesaw State University, this store is well positioned to serve customers living and working in the northwest metro Atlanta area, according to the company.

Customers visiting the store will find parts in-stock for Caterpillar skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, mini excavators, backhoe loaders and multi-terrain loaders. Additional items like filters, oil and grease for any size Caterpillar machine also are available.

For other size Caterpillar equipment, from an articulated truck to a motorgrader, the store can order any part and arrange for delivery or have it available at the store the next morning.

Preston Smith, store manager, has more than 40 years experience in the construction equipment industry.

“We are excited about opening this location here in Kennesaw to support customers running the smaller equipment. We have complete service capabilities to handle whatever they need, from preventive maintenance to replacing tracks on any Cat or other brand of skid steer or mini-excavator. We also have a good variety of Caterpillar merchandise including caps, shirts, hardhats and other safety gear. I think this will be a great location to help customers working in this area.”

In addition to parts and service capabilities, the complete line of Caterpillar compact construction equipment and attachments are on the lot to see, including Caterpillar’s newest compact track loader. This latest offering features a steel undercarriage with a steel-embedded rubber track. The Cat design includes a fully suspended undercarriage, which provides operator comfort and productivity, and is ideally suited for aggressive applications and tough underfoot conditions.
