Yoder & Frey Announces Auction Schedule for Kissimmee Heavy Equipment Winter Sale

Yoder & Frey, auctioneers of heavy construction and agricultural equipment in the USA, has announced the auction schedule for the Kissimmee heavy equipment winter sale in Florida between Feb. 13 and 17, 2018, which will see three separate sales rings on each of the five days used to accommodate the phenomenal volume of quality new, used and surplus equipment, including around 1,000 engines, being consigned to this auction.
Yoder & Frey were the founding fathers of this now massive annual Kissimmee winter event, now in its 44th consecutive year, and the auction continues to go from strength-to-strength, attracting ever higher numbers of consignors and bidders. This year Yoder & Frey has had over 6,000 lots already consigned with still more anticipated, including around 1,000 engines and power plants for heavy trucks and equipment, and is believed to be the world's largest engines sale, ever.
“With so much equipment being consigned we're having to simultaneously run three separate auctions rings over all five days to ensure we get through the vast inventory that has been consigned this year,” said Peter Clark, president of Yoder & Frey. “Not only does this now annual event include a massive variety of quality used and new equipment, but this year around 1,000 engines from a wide cross section of manufacturers, including units from Caterpillar, Deutz, Hatz, Isuzu, Ford and Volvo will all be going under the hammer, making it one of the worlds largest 'Engine Sales' ever, and something a bit special.”

Bidder registrations from across the USA and further afield due to the international appeal of the consignments on offer, have also been building steadily as buyers pre‑register to gain access to this impressive inventory in preparation of securing some real bargains.
In addition to the vast selection of quality engines, all types of heavy construction and agricultural equipment are included in this auction, ranging from dozers, articulated dump trucks, crawlers, tractors, lifting equipment, excavators, crushers and screeners. A couple of the highlights include: a choice of unused, fully-equipped mini excavators from the likes of Bobcat and Komatsu and brand new 20 tonne excavators from preferred marques like a CAT 352FLXE .
There is also an extensive selection of new pieces in the 'Garage Equipment' section of the auction that includes items like unused generators, petrol quick cut saws, and a PTO-driven heavy duty wood chipper, plus numerous quality used items. There is also an extensive selection of new and used parts and attachments for an array of machinery, including axle arms, hydraulic cylinders, compaction plates, new buckets and tires plus commercial trucks, wagons and pick-ups and a selection of trailers.
