Tom Wagenblast, vice president of product support of Foley Incorporated, the Caterpillar dealer in north Jersey, Staten Island and Bermuda, has announced the addition of Eric Cliff and Dan Scaramella as new customers support representatives for the Construction Division, and Rob Ussia as the new hydraulics customer support representative.

Cliff began his career in the construction industry working with heavy equipment during the four years he spend in the Marine Corps. In 1985, he took a job at Equipco in New Jersey working as a field and shop technician, before working at Millington/Tilcon Quarry as an equipment manager.

Cliff joined Hoffman Equipment as an assistant service manager, later served as warranty administrator, and most recently held the position of territory manager in north Jersey.

Scaramella grew up with a family-owned concrete business and established his own trucking company, D. Scaramella Trucking, in 1985.

He arrived at Foley eight years ago and initially worked as a technician in the main shop. During his tenure, he was promoted to main shop foreman and for the past three years, he served as field service manager.

Ussia comes to Foley Inc. with more than eight years of marketing experience. He worked at the Chubb Group Insurance for approximately eight years. During this time, he focused on understanding customers’ needs and developing programs to ensure the best solutions.

In Cliff’s and Scaramella’s new roles as customer support representatives, they will help raise awareness of Foley’s parts and service’s expanded capabilities and will promote unique solutions.

As the new hydraulics customers support representative, Ussia’s focus will be on Foley Express Hydraulics, including repair and exchange of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors, as well as the continued expansion of the hose business.
