The newly redesigned aluminum Eliminator LP body from Rugby Manufacturing weighs up to 50 percent less than traditional carbon steel. This means increased payload, improved fuel efficiency, and corrosion resistance, in addition to lower maintenance costs and lower tire and brake costs. The hardened aluminum alloy construction provides contractors long-lasting durability and the strength of a work truck in an attractive dump body, according to the manufacturer.
The aluminum Eliminator LP body is constructed of 3⁄16 in. (.47 cm) 5052 aluminum and features lightweight fold-down sides for easy access. Rugby also offers a wide range of performance and appearance enhancing accessories to meet individual needs.
